Lucid is a Martial Arts school in South Calgary that is based upon traditional Martial Arts principles and emphasizes the importance of active living and health maintenance.  

 

Our main focus is on the art of Shotokan Karate, but we also practice aspects of Chinese, Korean and other contemporary martial art styles. We encourage the spirit of training and the essence of discipline, while integrating characteristics of the performing arts within the classes.

 

We accept students aged 5 to Adult, of all experience levels and backgrounds. Parents train for free.
